'Daredevil' Season 2 Release Date, Final Trailer: Promo Clip Features Daredevil, Elektra, The Punisher
"Daredevil" Season 2 is just around the corner and the hype about the highly-anticipated series keeps on mounting on the web. According to the latest news, Daredevil, Elektra and The Punisher will be united. However, a site reported that its release date might be rescheduled.
"Daredevil" will kick off in small screens this March 18, but Netflix Life noted that new season will be released at 12:01 a.m. PT on the said date but is still subject to change. They claimed that some of their shows, like "Orange is the New Black" was released earlier than expected, which is possible to happen on "Daredevil" Season 2 so please stay tuned.
The Netflix' original series will focus on the three characters mentioned above, reports Blastr. According to the online news, they were united in a promo clip in which heighten the fan's excitement.
The clip reportedly came from AOL Build that featured not just the tritagonists, but also special character like The Man Without Fear, who is played by actor Charlie Cox. He will be teaming up with "Hells' Kitchen's newest badass vigilantes" Frank Castle, aka The Punisher, who is portrayed by Jon Bernthal and Elektra Natchios, who is played by Elodie Yung.
More than that, Blastr revealed the Season 2 synopsis as well:
"Just when Matt thinks he is bringing order back to the city, new forces are rising in Hell's Kitchen. Now the Man Without Fear must take on a new adversary in Frank Castle and face an old flame - Elektra Natchios."
"Bigger problems emerge when Frank Castle, a man looking for vengeance, is reborn as The Punisher, a man who takes justice into his own hands in Matt's neighborhood."
"Meanwhile, Matt must balance his duty to his community as a lawyer and his dangerous life as the Devil of Hell's Kitchen, facing a life-altering choice that forces him to truly understand what it means to be a hero."
