‘Dancing with the Stars’ Season 21 Rumors: Is Demi Moore Going to Join the Cast?
Her daughter Rumer Willis has already earned the 'Dancing with the Stars' Mirror Ball trophy and now it seems that Demi Moore too is keen to try her luck in the next season of the celebrity dance competition.
When Rumer Willis participated in 'Dancing with the Stars' with her Ukranian dance partner Val Chmerkovskiy, Moore was among her daughter's biggest supporters. The actress was seen always present at the stands cheering her daughter while the latter graced the dance floor.
Latin Post reports that having one 'Dancing with the Stars' title, Moore is now contemplating to join the show. Recently, Hollywood Life quoted a report from a forthcoming issue of Star Magazine, which claimed that although the 'Ghost' star may try her fortune at winning the Mirror Ball trophy, if it is true that Rumer got the dancing chops from her side of the family. However, there are rumors that suggest that the actress is not keen to join the reality show to win it.
The magazine claimed that an unnamed source told them Moore simply wants to "reinvigorate her lagging career." While the actress may have starred in several classic movies like 'A Few Good Men,' 'Ghost,' and 'GI Jane,' lately she has not starred in any movie.
Besides reintroducing Moore to the industry that had made her a famous celebrity, the move may possibly also be helpful in spicing up her dating life.
Radar Online claimed that an insider recently told them, "Demi has pretty much given up on men!" adding, "She is very single and very lonely right now. After Ashton, Demi feels that she is not going to ever really find that connection again with another man. She sometimes wishes that she should have never left Bruce Willis. People try to set her up on dates and such."
While it may seem to be a win-win situation for Demi if she actually decided to join 'Dancing with the Stars' Season 21, apparently her daughter Rumer does not think that it is such a good idea. A source told Star Magazine, "Rumer does not get why her mom - who is already an A-list star - needs to try to outshine her."
Meanwhile, Moore apparently wants to be paired with the same Ukrainian dance pro Chmerkovskiy, who helped Rumer gain the title last season.
