‘Dancing With the Stars’ Season 20 Cast News: ABC Taps ‘The Bachelor’ Chris Soules as Final Contestant

After months of speculations, the final member of this season's 'Dancing With the Stars' is finally confirmed for spot on the show. Reports claim that 'The Bachelor' Chris Soules is the 12th cast member in the new and upcoming 20th season of the hit dancing competition.

People magazine confirmed in its recent report that after Soules gave his last rose, he is now preparing to snag a trophy in this season's DWTS with rumored partner pro dancer Whitney Carson.

Although the management, ABC has yet to release its official statement, several are already excited to see Soules and his moves on the dance floor. It has been reported that it will not be the first time that a 'Bachelor' will join the competition.

Apparently, Sean Lowe and Jake Pavelka have competed on the show and even bachelorette, Melissa Rycroft have tried on their dancing shoes and danced their way through the show. The show will kick off on March 16 on ABC and many hopes that the 12th contestant is indeed Soules.

Hoping to get a little confirmation from ABC, The Wrap has asked the management about Soules' involvement and they responded without any confirmation. "We do not comment on casting rumors, thanks," ABC said.

Meanwhile, other official cast members with their pro dancer partners include Noah Galloway with Sharna Burgess, Robert Herjavec with Kym Johnson, Patti LaBelle with Artem Chigvintsev, Nastia Liukin with Derek Hough, Riker Lynch with Allison Holker, Charlotte McKinney with Keo Motsepe, RedFoo with Emma Slater, Michael Sam with Peta Murgatroyd, Willow Shields with Mark Ballas, Suzanne Somers with Tony Dovolani and Rumer Willis with Valentin Chmerkovskiy.

Reports are already speculating that the 20th season of TV's most famous dancing competition will be the best one yet as the show also celebrates its 10th year which is surely going to be grand with of course, a lot of surprises for its fans.
