'Dancing with the Stars' Season 18: Candace Cameron Bure Shines Bright After Last Week's Break Down, 'I Draw on My Faith in Everything' (VIDEO)
Candace Cameron Bure and her partner Mark Ballas danced the foxtrot on this week's episode of "Dancing with the Stars" and the Christian actress surely let her light shine as she graced the dance floor leaving the judges with nothing but praise for her.
In last week's episode Bure visited a sports psychologist to help her get past her nerves on stage. Bure broke down during the session telling her dance partner Ballas, "I want to be the best for you..." On this week's episode the former "Full House" actress expressed her love for her dance partner. "I love Mark, we're friends forever," she said.
Bure who remains open about her faith and modest stance throughout the show, told the cameras, "Going through the struggles that I have, I draw on my faith in everything in my life and then knowing that my family is encouraging me, it makes a huge difference."
During an intimate snippet of Bure in her home, she is seen telling her three children, "I love that you guys come to the show every week, it makes me so happy."
After Bure and Ballas lit up the screen with a feel good dance routine of the foxtrot, the judges were raving.
Judge Carrie Ann Inaba told Bure, "Sometimes it's not about winning, it's about the journey and what I see is you have truly made a break through in you mind and your confidence and your spirit." The other judges agreed and said, "It was bright" and "it was so joyful to watch." One even called Bure a "Gorgeous Miss America."
After scoring really well from the judges, Bure and Ballas joined some of the other cast members for a passionate group performance in which once again the judges were pleased.
Bure expressed several times throughout the show that she did not expect to make it this far but her score and fan votes have kept her in the competition.
