'Dancing With The Stars' (DWTS) Season 23 Week 7 Spoilers, News: Maureen And Artem Couple Eliminated

The episode marked the halfway point to the "Dancing with the Stars" season 23 and saw the return of Len Goodman, who joined Carrie Ann, Julianne and Bruno at the judges' table. For a few weeks, Len was away to judge "Strictly Come Dancing" in the UK.

Before the announcement of the couple who had to leave on Monday night, all couples danced to music from different eras. After getting their scores for their individual dances, they competed in the team dance round.

The first to dance in the Eras Night Couples Dances were Laurie and Val, who got a score of 34 (8-8-9-9) for their Quickstep set to a 60s prom theme. Ryan and Cheryl went next with their Rumba and scored a 28 (7-7-7-7) for their performance.

Up next with their 20s Charleston were Marilu and Derek, who got generally lackluster reviews from the judges and a score of 29 (7-7-8-7). Following them were Calvin and Lindsay, who performed a 1950s Jive. They got the highest score of 36 (9-9-9-9) that night.

Maureen and Artem performed a 1980s Tango and had a couple of blunders, resulting in a low score of 28 (7-7-7-7). Meanwhile, Terra and Sasha did a fantastic job with their 1930s Foxtrot and got a score of 34 (9-8-9-8). Jana and Gleb, who got a perfect 40 in the previous week, received 34 (8-8-9-9) this week with their 1970s Samba.

The last to perform were James and Sharna, who danced a 1940s Jitterbug and got a score of 35 (9-9-9-9).

For the Team Dances, the couples were split into Team Past and Team Future. After their scores from the team dances were added to their individual dance scores, the two couples left in jeopardy were Maureen and Artem, and Jana and Gleb. In the end, it was Maureen and Artem who got eliminated from the competition after getting the lowest votes from fans.
