According to Chris Soules, the rumors that he and his fiancee, Whitney Bischoff, have broken up, are not true.

The couple got engaged at the end of Season 19 of The Bachelor. Bischoff was not there for her fiancee's week 8 Dancing with the Stars performance which took place on Monday May 4^th, and this sparked rumors that they were not together anymore.

However, at the end of his performance, he revealed to viewers why she was not there to support him and his dance partner.

He told US Weekly that it was better for her to be away, spending time with her family in Chicago, because it was the anniversary of her mother's death.

He expressed confidence that she was still supporting him, and excitement to see her on her return.

"We're together and we're in love," said Soules. "She's got a life too and she's got a job, and she's got a career and she's doing that. She's got to do what makes her happy and I'm focused on Dancing with the Stars and having a great time and she's happy for me."

Unfortunately, Soules' time on Dancing with the Stars ended recently, when he and his fellow contestant Robert Herjavec were eliminated from the show.

After he was eliminated, he told People magazine that Bischoff would move to Arlington eventually so that they could begin their life together.

He did not express any regret at being voted off of Dancing with the Stars.
