'Dance Moms' Season 5 Episode 11 Recap, Spoilers: Nia Frazier's Elimination?

Episode 11 of 'Dance Moms' Season 5 proved to be another dramatic one for star Nia Frazier. The 13-year-old faced coach Abby Lee Miller's chopping block once again on Tuesday's episode of "Dance Moms."

Titled "Nia's Last Chance," the dancer is facing a lot of pressure for the team's next competition in their home turf of Philadelphia at the New York Dance Experience. Along with Nia, Maddie and Kendall have the solo spots for the competition as well as a risky non-lyrical team performance.

The pressure for the solo puts Nia in a difficult position with her coach. The episode's synopsis revealed that "Nia is singled out with an ultimatum from Abby." Her mom, Holly Frazier, will not be a good terms with the ALDC head coach either. Holly reportedly did not feel support from the other moms and formed an alliance with "two unlikely" people.

Abby, in a promo for the episode, revealed that the girls would be judged live at the competition, hoping wake up the moms. "The only reason I am going through with this is to teach the moms a lesson," she said.

The episode didn't just end up being about Nia. Maddie's performance was critiqued harshly and the judges told the 12-year-old dancer that she needed to relax her face more while doing turn and pull up her thighs and stretch her knees.

According to a "Dance Moms" spoiler site, the team did fairly well at the competition. Nia's "The Color Purple" routine did not win but took home an elite gold trophy. Kendall, 12, also received an elite gold trophy. Despite the harsh criticism, Maddie took an elite gold and first overall. The team's "Decadent Darlings" routine took third overall.

"Dance Moms" airs on Tuesday at 8/9c on Lifetime.
