'Criminal Minds' Season 11 Spoilers: Filming Underway; New Villain’s Photograph Released?
With only two months remaining for 'Criminal Minds' to return for its 11th season, the cast members of this police procedural television drama series resumed work with the first table read on July 7, which the filming for the new episodes began on the following day.
According to a report in IB Times, it appears that the crew of 'Criminal Minds' has already revealed the look of the new villain, who will feature in the upcoming season of the show. In fact, the behind-the-scenes photographs of Season 11 seem to hint that.
The image shown above was posted by CM_SetReport showing an unidentified actor, whose face is painted in black and white. The photograph shows the actor smiling and giving a thumbs-up. The picture is accompanied with a caption, 'What's black and white and red all over?,' and it makes one wonder whether he is the next villain that the Behavioral Analyst Unit (BAU) would be fighting.
According to the report, as of now things appear to be smooth and well on target for 'Criminal Minds' Season 11, as the entire cast including Shemar Moore, Joe Mantegna as well as others sat down for their first table read on July 7.
On the following day, the first behind-the-scenes photographs from the shoot location were released via Twitter. The still photographs feature Joe Mantegna, Kirsten Vangsness and Thomas Gibson.
Even as the fans of 'Criminal Minds' have been receiving their regular updates regarding the upcoming season of the show, CBS seems to be extremely cautious about not offering much information beforehand.
'Criminal Minds' Season 11 is scheduled to air the premiere episode on Sept. 30 on CBS.
