The BAU team cannot afford to just cool off in the next episode of "Criminal Minds," as they are faced with a hideous UnSub who disfigures his victims on purpose.

Titled "Inner Beauty," episode 20 of "Criminal Minds" season 11 will see the BAU searching for the terrifying perpetrator. This is also the first time that the investigators and criminal profilers will tackle a case with limited manpower, as Morgan is no longer with them.

Trailer for the episode shows how the Unsub transforms his victims in not so pretty ways. Part of the trailer shows a woman lying on her back in a hospital gurney, while the Unsub prepares to disfigure her. Shots of creepy dolls with parts of their faces splintered are also shown in the clip.

During the investigation, a detective will conclude that the Unsub intends to make his victims ugly, but Reid will counter his remark. Towards the end of the clip, the mysterious Unsub is shown taking the bandages off the face of his victim while the woman cries. He comforts her by saying that nobody else can love her like he does.  

Besides the Unsub, Rossi will also have an awkward encounter with Hayden Montgomery, his ex-wife who kept their daughter Joy a secret from him for years. Though he and his daughter are in a good relationship now, it seems that he and his ex-wife still have a long way to go.

"Criminal Minds" season 11 episode 20 returns on CBS on April 13.
