'Criminal Minds' Season 10 is expected to end with a bang, with the BAU launching a massive hunt for a sex predator who abducted Kate's niece Meg in the upcoming episode of the police-procedural television drama titled 'The Hunt,' which will be telecast on CBS on May 6.

According to Latin Post, fans saw the previous episode of 'Criminal Minds' ending with a cliffhanger after Meg as well as her best friend were captured and pushed into a van. The incident took place after Meg misled Kate about meeting "Bobby," who is actually the stalker who has been trailing Meg. After Meg and her friend are picked up by "Bobby's mom," the two are drugged and taken to a unknown location.

The preview video of 'Criminal Minds' Season 10 finale reveals that the girls are not victims of any ordinary kidnapping. Morgan is seen saying on the preview video, "This isn't some loner who wants to keep girls in a dungeon," adding, "This feels like trafficking."

In the upcoming episode, viewers will see that even as the BAU team goes on the hunt to track down the suspect, pregnant Kate remains in bedrest.

According to TV Guide, executive producer of the show Erica Messer described the episode as a "crazy freight train of a finale."

Messer shared some details regarding the storyline of the Season 10 finale, explaining how the suspect who has been abducting and auctioning people off online will come to a climax. She said that the end of the story will have unfortunate consequences for Kate, who will be in a hard position while she tries to save Meg and her friend.

In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Messer said, "By the end of episode 22, we do a mini cliffhanger in that we know that Meg and her best friend are being kidnapped by the guy we saw in the premiere ... [The finale] is our team fighting for one of our own to get her loved one back."

The Hollywood Hills published a synopsis of the all-new episode 'The Hunt,' which reads, "When Kate's niece Meg and her best friend are kidnapped, the BAU is going to suspect an online predator engaged in sex trafficking."

'Criminal Minds' Season 10 episode 23 titled 'The Hunt' will air on Wednesday, May 6, at 9:00 pm EST on CBS.
