Cowboy Bebop News: 'Cowboy Bebop' Coming To Crunchyroll

Crunchyroll's partnership with anime licensing company Funimation promises to bring more hit anime to both streaming services and home video, including "Cowboy Bebop."

On September 8, Crunchyroll officially announced its partnership with Funimation as it envisions to bring more series to its streaming service. The result of this partnership is the addition of more of Crunchyroll's series to its streaming service, Funimation Now. It will also bring others to home video.

A press release by Crunchyroll reads, "Through this agreement, Crunchyroll will continue creating the best subtitled streaming experience for fans, while Funimation will focus on delivering the best in English-language dubbed streaming."

"This collaboration will enable fans to enjoy more anime in more ways than ever before."

To the excitement of fans, Crunchyroll additionally announced what's in store for the streaming services of both companies. Subtitled versions of the summer simulcast titles of Funimation were made available that day, including "D. Gray Man Hallow," "First Love Monster," and "Puzzle & Dragon X." Catalog titles like "Cowboy Bebop" are now also available for streaming on Crunchyroll.

As for its part, Funimation Now will start receiving broadcast dubs of Crunchyroll's summer titles, including "91 Days," "Mob Psycho 100," and "Orange." The company has yet to announce when these titles will be available for broadcast. Other titles planned for release are "Ace Attorney," "Alderamin on the Sky,""Bungo Stray Dogs," "Joker Game," and many more.

Crunchyroll also confirmed that more additional titles will come to both services soon without any increase in its membership prices.
