Country Duo Thompson Square News: Singer Couple Pregnant After 16 Years of Marriage!
Famous country music icons, Thompson Square have just recently announced one of the biggest news in their lives that they will soon be a family as the married couple are pregnant with their first child after 16 years of marriage.
It has been a long time since the two tied the knot and even though it was only now that they have finally gotten pregnant, the two are more than happy that this chapter in their lives are finally happening. And so just recently, Keifer Thompson and Shawna Thompson shared the great news on their social media site.
Posting the message, "WELL......WE HAVE DECIDED NOT TO BE A DUO ANYMORE!!!!!!! #Jan2016 #T3 #WeDidIt #BabyOnBoard," the Thompson Square country duo singers shared that they are finally pregnant on their Instagram page. And alongside the caption was a photo of the expectant parents each holding a can of Diet Coke with the words 'Dad' and 'Mom' written on them.
And to add more excitement, Keifer and Shawna also apparently decided to reveal the gender of their soon-to-be bundle of joy posting a video on their Facebook page announcing that they will be having a boy!
The award-winning country duo singers in the video were holding blue and pink colored balloons at first which they later released outside and left one big blue balloon in the soon-to-be first-time mother's hand and had the words 'It's a Boy!' printed on it.
So instantly, the married couple's lives will be in for a big change but the two are not giving up their musical careers according to the expectant parents talking to People magazine previously. "We've been together for a long time and we've done a lot of things and we just really felt there was something missing. We love what we do, we love the music business, but we didn't want to deprive ourselves of having a family," Kiefer said then Shawna added, "We're going to need to turn one of the bunks into a crib and we'll need a changing area. It's going to be interesting."
