Conrad Hilton News: Paris Hilton's Brother Sentenced to Three Years Probation

Conrad Hilton, younger brother of Paris Hilton, was sentenced on Tuesday, June 16th, to three years on probation. Hilton received the sentence for causing a disruption on an international flight last summer.

In addition, he was required to complete 750 hours of community service and pay a five thousand dollar fine for his disorderly conduct.

Hilton pleaded guilty in March to a misdemeanor assault charge after having a meltdown on a British Airways flight from London to Los Angeles on July 31st, 2014.

He is alleged to have yelled at one of the flight attendants, saying, "If you wanna square up to me bro, then bring it and I will f***ing kill you!"

He then punched the bulkhead of the plane just ten centimeters from a flight attendant's face.

According to an affidavit which was written by an FBI agent who investigated the cause and events of the disturbance, the Hilton heir was restrained during the fight.

He was also handcuffed after he referred to some of the passengers on board as "peasants" and he threatened the flight attendants. He allegedly smoked marijuana and cigarettes in an airplane toilet as well.

After the outburst in the middle of the flight, Hilton checked himself into a 30 day in patient drug and alcohol treatment program in February, voluntarily.

His attorney, Robert Shapiro, made the claim that his client's disruptive and violent behavior and outbursts during the international flight were caused by nothing more than the adverse effects of a sleeping pill.

Hilton was under house arrest last month until his sentencing after admitting to smoking marijuana, a violation of his bond.
