Colin Kaepernick Cheating on Girlfriend Teyana Taylor? NFL Star Linked to Rumors with Drake's Ex Chick Claudia Nelson

Colin Kaepernick is rumored to be cheating on his girlfriend Teyana Taylor. According to seedy gossip website [which never has identified sources] MediaTakeOut, the NFL star is "creeping" on his new celebrity songstress with Claudia Nelson.

Though Taylor and Kaepernick have yet to go public with their relationship, the two have been spending a lot of time together on and off again for the last few weeks.

MTO has pictures of the 49ers quarterback and his GOOD Music signee at the hygienist. Apparently the two were also spotted spending a romantic week together in San Francisco, Kaepernick's hometown. The self-proclaimed "bad girl" is also not shy about sharing her feelings for the NFL star on her Twitter account.

Is Kaepernick's "ladie's man" status part of the reason his play on the field is so bad?

According to MTO, Taylor has a big role in his decline.

"Well word is that part of the reason why [Kaepernick]'s been playing so terribly lately... is that she's taking all of his strength... if you know what we mean."

As for Claudia Nelson, not much has been confirmed but reports indicate Colin was seen with the aspiring model right after Taylor left San Fran.

Nelson is linked to dating rumors with "Nothing Was the Same" rapper Drake and NBA star Brandon Jennings.
