Actor, Colin Donnell, one of the stars of the hit show, Arrow, and Patti Murin tied the knot on Friday night in New York City.

The newlywed Murin is excited about her new found commitment, as she expressed in a tweet.

"All I want to do is talk about our wedding last night, so please bear with me for a few days," wrote Murin on her Twitter account on Saturday, alongside a photograph of her new ring. "We are officially hitched!"

Donnell also shared a picture of his bride on Twitter, which he captioned, "Welcome to forever." According to posts on social media, the wedding had some moments that were reminiscent of an episode of The Bachelor or The Bachelorette.

Guests including Stephen Amell and Andrew Rannells watched on as the couple paid tribute to Murin's favorite reality television series.

She even jokingly compared her wedding to the show on her Twitter account.

"Last night on #TheBachelorette, Colin D. Took home the most dramatic rose ceremony ever," wrote Murin. "Thank you @AndrewRannells for being my Chris Harrison. I love you to pieces. But seriously you guys, @AndrewRannells and I literally held a rose ceremony. Like, we went there."

As the couple soak in their status as husband and wife, they do not seem to be rushing to begin the honeymoon.

It seems that they are more likely to be planning a quiet night filled with romantic movies.

"What else says 'Happy Marriage' like a @LifetimeTV movie starring Kristen Wiig and Will Ferrell?" Murin wrote on her Twitter account.
