CMT Awards 2015 News: Carrie Underwood Makes a Great Comeback, Wins Three Awards

Noted singer, song writer and actress Carrie Underwood overwhelmed one and all when she arrived at the red carpet of the Country Music Television Music Awards in in Nashville, Tennessee, on Wednesday, looking extremely stunning and robust only three months after giving birth. Moreover, the singer also emerged a big champion for the night earning three CMT awards.

IB Times quotes a report in E!News that states everyone was blown away as Underwood walked the red carpet of the 2015 CMT Awards appearing glowing and very seductive. The singer wore a skin-tight white Thomas Wylde bodycon adorned with metallic embellishments, which was paired with a Deepa Gurnani clutch. In addition, Underwood also appeared to be wonderful during her onstage performance, boasting her toned post-baby body in a complete black gown with mirrored adornments.

For the uninitiated, Underwood and her husband Mike Fisher welcomed their first child, Isaiah Michael Fisher, on Feb. 27. Following the childbirth, Underwood remained quiet for a while, spending quality time with her hubby and lovable baby boy. According to USA Today, during the last three weeks, the singer-actress has been sharing photographs of her family life via social media. She even uploaded a photograph of her son sleeping on her husband's lap in a studio, and captioned it: "Isaiah's first band rehearsal...as you can see he & his daddy were totally into it! #naptime #earmuffs #sweetdreams".

Meanwhile, People reported that the country singer won female video award of the year for "Something in the Water," collaborative video of the year award with Miranda Lambert for their hit "Somethin' Bad" as well as the video of the year award for "Something in the Water."

Before picking up the fan-voted video award of the year, Underwood thanked all her fans and said, "This is such an amazing blessing." As of now, Underwood has won a total of 13 CMT Music awards.
