The Cleveland Cavaliers will go head-to-head with the Philadelphia 76ers on January 5 at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

The Cavaliers (19-15) are looking to prevent a possible two game losing streak when they battle the lowly 76ers on Monday night.

"I'm in a lot of pain right now," said Cleveland point guard Kyrie Irving to reporters.

"I just have to get through it. It stinks because you have two injuries at one time."

In addition, NBA superstar Lebron James is expected to miss his fifth in a row when his squad battles Philadelphia in the 'City of Brotherly Love'.

Previously, Cleveland lost to the Dallas Mavericks by a final score of 109-90 on Sunday night, a game where Cavaliers power forward Kevin Love had 30 points, 10 rebounds, and a blocked shot in the aforementioned defeat.

"Certainly not good enough," said Cleveland head coach David Blatt to reporters.

"The other night we played great defensively, (Sunday) we did not. We didn't play the kind of defense we needed to play against any team, certainly not Dallas."

Meanwhile, the 76ers (4-28) will attempt to snap their current five game losing streak when they look to win their first home game (0-14 record) of the season versus the injured Cavs at the Wells Fargo Center.

"Just because of our record, it doesn't mean it's a rollover," said Philadelphia shooting guard Tony Wroten to reporters.

"When we step on the court, we're trying to win every game."
