The Cincinnati Bengals (8-4-1, 1st in AFC North) are looking to recover from their recent loss as they are set to face off against the Browns on Sunday.
Cincinnati was recently defeated by the Pittsburgh Steelers by a score of 42-21 in a Sunday afternoon game on December 7.
Partway through the game, Dalton fumbled a fake handoff to Hill, which gave Pittsburgh possession at the Cincinnati 24-yard line. After that, Steelers' Le'Veon Bell ran for 13 yards into the end zone for a touch down. Roethlisberger's completion for the conversion gave Pittsburgh the 28-21 lead, and ultimately ended in a Bengals defeat.
On the other hand, the Cleveland Browns (7-6, 4th in AFC North) are also looking to recover from their recent defeat when they face off against the Bengals on December 14.
In their last match up, the Browns lost to the Indianapolis Colts in an upset defeat by a score of 25-24 on December 7.
Colts QB Andrew Luck guided his team to a 14-point lead, but then fumbled the ball which was recovered in the end zone for a Browns touchdown. He also threw an interception that was snatched by rookie Browns cornerback Justin Gilbert for a TD.
In the end, the Browns were still defeated by a single point on the scoreboard which evidently effected Browns coach Mike Pettine.
He said after the game, "It's a kick in the gut," adding, "It's an opportunity that we let go. We know our margin for error is now zero, that we've got to win our last three or we're done."
