Having the highest charting debut single from a new artist in 2014,"Who I Am," and performing in front of over a half million people on Winter Jam, vocalist, Blanca, is getting ready for her full-length debut solo album.

The self-titled project is set to drop on May 4 and is building upon the soul/pop, hip-hop vibe of her debut EP, Who I Am.

"I've waited SO long to share this news! My new, self-titled album will be released on May 4th! These last couple of years have been an incredible journey. From starting a family to pursuing a solo career, there have been lots of scary moments, but also moments that have reminded me of God's presence every step of the way," Blanca shared on Facebook. "That's the heart of this record - knowing who we are in Christ, that we never stand alone, and that we were made to leave a mark on this world. She is currently on tour with Winter Jam, the largest tour in North America for the first quarter, according to Pollstar, Blanca has been winning over fans and critics alike.

Blanca was heavily involved in the creative and songwriting process of the record, and the new album transitions into solo artistry in a significant personal and professional way.

"I've lived a lot of my life in fear and for a while was afraid I could never be anything outside of Group 1 Crew," she shared in a press release. "Creating this project stretched me and challenged me to be authentic and real."
