Chris Brown News: Singer Files Paternity Documents for Daughter Royalty

Singer Chris Brown since April has shown the world, through posting some moments of him and his daughter Royalty online, that he could be a good father and now, he wants to make sure he does everything he can legally so he could remain being one in the future by filing paternity documents.

Brown filed the recently reported Paternity documents in Houston to establish his paternity with her daughter from her former girlfriend Nia Guzman. Apparently, the two are rumored to have been fighting over child support and custody of the one year old child.

The parents, Brown and Guzman have also been reported to have had undergone some problems with regard to Brown's child support that Guzman receives for their daughter. Reports suggest that Guzman had been asking $15,000 every month which Brown was rumored to have declined since he has been sending sufficient amount of money monthly.

So not only did Brown reportedly filed Paternity documents, but also the singer is rumored to desire establishing a clear custody agreement. "He wants Nia and the baby to move to California to be closer to him. Nia is open to it," a source told E! News, adding that "there's no formal visitation schedule in place."

Despite the seemingly tensed situation, Brown and Guzman are reportedly on good terms. "Neither Chris nor Nia is interested in a romantic relationship, which makes things easier. He can do what he wants, she can do what she wants-there's no stress about that," the source continued.

Right now, it is still unknown what's to come about the legal talks of the parents but what is definite is that Brown had been desiring to give everything to his daughter Royalty. In his recent post on Instagram showing Royalty peacefully sleeping, Brown wrote as caption: "I honestly never knew I could love someone as strong as I do. I'm gonna give her the world."
