Chris Brown News: Hip-Hop Star's Custody Battle Continues with Royalty's Mother
Singer Chris Brown's custody battle for daughter Royalty might be taking a little longer and harder than he expected. Recent news suggest that Brown's former girlfriend Nia Guzman, who's the mother of Royalty is pushing for Brown to only have supervised visits with Royalty filing her legal documents in Houston.
Although there is still no ruling on the latest request of Guzman, saying that Brown should only have supervised visits for Royalty since she believes that Brown is too irresponsible to take care of their daughter.
Brown's side however previously states that the RnB father of Royalty filed his own legal documents to establish his paternity for Royalty as well as a clear custody agreement. The news broke when Guzman was reported to be asking for $15,000 paternity support every month.
Brown and Guzman have yet to comment on the recent news that transpired but what is definite is that the parents of Royalty want the best for her. Brown himself has been showing how much he loves his daughter posting numerous photos of her on his social media.
One post that had many gushing was when Brown posted a photo of Royalty writing the caption, "I honestly never knew I could love someone as strong as I do. I'm gonna give her the world." And the most recent post also suggested that Brown has the best interests for Royalty posting a photo of her holding a lion plush animal writing the caption, "The best thing in my life #QueenRoyalty."
Meanwhile, Brown and Guzman were reported to have no interest in coupling up. A source told E! News back in April that Brown sees his daughter, who is based in Houston, "all the time," adding "He wants Nia and the baby to move to California to be closer to him. Nia is open to it." And that "Neither Chris nor Nia is interested in a romantic relationship, which makes things easier. He can do what he wants, she can do what she wants-there's no stress about that."
