'Chicago Med' Season 1 Episode 16 Spoilers: Dr. Rhodes, Dr. Downey Fight Over The Right Treatment For Critical Patient?

"Chicago Med" season 1 episode 16 followed Dr. Rhodes and Dr. Downey as they fought over the right treatment to administer to a patient with a multitude of health problems.

Titled "Disorder," the episode saw the budding conflict between the two doctors as they tried to treat a patient with a host of health issues. After discovering that the patient has been misdiagnosed, both doctors proposed their own courses of action. Problems arose when Dr. Rhodes' proposition turned out to be a far cry from Dr. Downey's.

The episode also saw how the other doctors were taken up by the intricacies of their own cases.

Dr. Choi tried to save a man whose leg was severely injured while riding along with paramedic Brett.  Complications kicked in as the doctor tried to locate the patient's residence.  Dr. Choi evaluated the injury and found out that the wound on his leg had been there for more than 24 hours. When he asked the patient why he did not seek medical help sooner, he admitted he did not want other people to see how he lived.

Meanwhile, Sarah and Nat were confronted with a young woman who had to receive a treatment for dog bites. As they were about to order the discharge of the patient, they noticed that she was having reactions to one of the treatments. After conducting a series of tests, the doctors found out that the young woman actually had lymphoma.

"Disorder" aired on May 3 on NBC. The penultimate episode, titled "Withdrawal," will air on May 10.
