Charlize Theron and Sean Penn News: Couple Steps Out Together for Charity Gala

Celebrity couple, Charlize Theron and Sean Penn have always been supportive of different charitable institutions and last Saturday, they supported the Annual Sean Penn & Friends Help Haiti Home Gala in Beverly Hills, California.

Beyond that, the two have been rumored to be engaged for weeks and their recent appearance had gained even more attention for the two.

The two were reported to be walking together with Penn's hand on Theron's waist. There were also reports claiming that the two packed on many PDA moments around other celebrities like Reese Witherspoon, Salma Hayek, Ben Stiller, and new parents Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis and even former President Bill Clinton.

Meanwhile the Oscar Winning couple reportedly was awarded with J/P HRO's Louverture Medal of Commitment during the gala. Accepting the award was Theron, who wore a black Givenchy dress and Penn wearing a classic coat and necktie with a blue shirt. The two were sharp in their attire as they posed for the cameras.

On a side note, the engaged couple and new parents Kutcher and Kunis were also smitten at the event as they were reported to be in great spirits in their rare date night being busy with their new born baby.

Also during the event, Former President Clinton and Penn offered a trip to Haiti with the two of them to three people. Reportedly, each trip went for $500,000 which brought in a total of $1.5 million. The good news is that the gala last Saturday raised a total of $6 Million dollars from the many supporters including the celebrities.

Even Chris Martin, who also performed in the event, cracked a joke saying "I spent so much money at last year's auction, I had to get a second job," the singer jokingly said.
