'Celebrity Apprentice' Season 14 Premiere Episode Recap: Trump Fires 'Cosby Show' Star

After the 'Celebrity Apprentice' two-hour premiere Sunday night, the show aired again at 8 pm EST on Monday. Season 14 kicked off with a new cast with 16 celebrities, and as usual, the celebrities will try to "out-cool" each other for a chance to win $250,000 for a charity of their choice.

This season, the men's team chose the name "Vortex" and the women chose to call themselves "Infinity." The first task of the year tested the celebrities' business-sense, as Donald Trump ordered the competitors to hold a bake sale.

Geraldo Rivera, a veteran journalist, led team Vortex to an easy victory. Despite the win, Kevin Jonas, a singer from the Jonas Brothers group, made his distaste for his leader obvious. In the boardroom, Jonas publicly questioned the project manager's ability to motivate, as well as other leadership skills.

Infinity may have lost the competition, but it did not lose out on drama. The biggest conflict in the show was when the team's project manager, Keshia Knight Pulliam, refused to call Bill Cosby for a donation. Pulliam acted as his daughter on 'The Cosby Show', and her unwillingness to participate irked both her team and Donald Trump.

Now, the show takes on a different light with the understanding that Cosby has been charged with multiple allegations of sexual assault. But at the time of the games, Cosby's name might have carried Infinity to victory. In the end, Pulliam was on the chopping block for her reluctance and was forced to hear the fateful words, "You're fired."
