Beckett and Castle as set to investigate the death of a bus driver in "Castle" season 8 episode 16. Also, the episode has been moved to an April air date.

"Castle" season 8 episode 16 is entitled "Heartbreaker." According to Spoilers Guide,

Beckett and Castle are going to be intrigued by a hint at the death scene of an armored-car driver. As per the publication, the said clue will lead them to investigate an old case previously handled by Detective Javier Esposito.

With the duo going to connect the past and present cases, conflicts are also set to emerge as they discover that Esposito might be keeping something from them in relation to how he handled the old case in the past.

According to Fashion and Style, it is assumed that Sonia Ruiz, who is played by "Constantine" alum Angelina Celaya, had a romantic dynamics with Esposito. As per the publication, the two might have been dating when the crime to place and the latter used his influence to help the former from being imprisoned. Whether Esposito and Ruiz are involved in the crime in a bad way is yet to be revealed.

Previously, an NYPD academy recruit was shot and died using a gun of his co-recruit. In line with the incident, Kate questioned the other members of the academy, in addition to mock training drills to track down the culprit.

"Castle" season 8 is not going to air any episode this week, International Business Times reported. As per the publication, the procedural drama series is on a week break, which means "Castle" season 8 episode 16, "Heartbreaker," is set to air on Apr. 4.
