Candace Bushnell News: Novelist's Apartment is up for Sale

Even if the hit HBO series 'Sex & The City' has long closed despite the thousands of fans wanting for more, a good news recently came up or in other words, just got listed so fans can relive their memories of their favorite show that featured Carrie Bradshaw played by Sarah Jessica Parker and actually live it.

What is everyone been talking about? It's Candace Bushnell's New York City apartment that recently got listed and can be bought at a certain price. Bushnell is the original author of the novels that the show 'Sex & the City' was based on. And of course, Bushnell really did live a little like Bradshaw in the TV series which was also turned as movie series.

Bushnell also had a column in The New York Observer in the mid-90s and struggled with dating in New York City. The author might also have had a knack for shoes and clothes just like the girls in the show. And her neat and quite spacious apartment in Manhattan just gave back all those memories in the show.

The apartment is located in the Big Apple's Greenwhich Village which features a huge foyer, chandeliers, built-in bookcases and fireplaces, a separate dining room and 1.5 bathrooms as seen on the photos released in the listings. The famous apartment that was also apparently appeared on the show used to represent Bradshaw's Upper East Side apartment has an asking price of over $2.6 million.

It is indeed a bit pricier that what Bradshaw in the show seemingly had and some are even mentioning how it was more of Charlotte York's character rather than Bradshaw since the property is very clean and neat. But the biggest revelation is that one of the leading men in the show, Chris Noth who played Mr. Big is living in the actual building.
