'Captain America: Civil War' Spoilers & Rumors: A Major Fight Between Black Panther and Hawkeye?
Fans everywhere are in high anticipation to see the Avengers duke it out in 'Captain America: Civil War.' It's fairly evident that we'll see Iron Man and Captain America going at it, but a new rumor suggest a fight scene with an unlikely pair.
It has recently been revealed by Latino Review's El Mayimbe, that Black Panther and Hawkeye will share an exclusive duel in the movie. He writes:
"HOT RUMOR! In #CAPTAINAMERICA #CIVILWAR, #Hawkeye has a huge fight against #BlackPanther! Who do you have as the winner? I got T'Challa because as Wesley Snipes once famously said, 'Always bet on black!' #MarvelStudios #MARVEL #marvelcomics #MCU"
As to why they're fighting in the movie is still unbeknownst, as well as which side they are fighting for. 'Civil War will also serve to introduce the Black Panther character to enlist him into the MCU. He along with many other characters will debut in the film, serving to sow the seeds of 'Avengers: Infinity War.'
"The Civil War storyline revolves around a government effort to more strictly regulate the actions of not just Steve Rogers (Chris Evans), Natasha Romanoff (Scarlett Johansson), and their current Avengers squad - but ALL Earth-based superheroes in the MCU. Hence, this movie serves as the entry point for T'Challa/Black Panther (Chadwick Boseman), following Earth's Mightiest having learned about his homeland - the African nation of Wakanda - in Avengers: Age of Ultron," writes Screen Rant.
More details are suspected to be released. 'Captain America: Civil War' drops into theaters May 6, 2016.
