Canton Jones 'Lust, Drugs & Gospel' Mixtape Announced 'My Attempt to Offer Hope' (Preview)

Grammy, Stellar and Dove Award nominee Canton Jones is set to release his new mixtape Lust, Drugs & Gospel as a free download Tuesday, Feb. 18.

The mixtape serves as a forerunner for the singer's 9th full-length studio record God City scheduled for a spring release. The upcoming mixtape project will be distributed by Syntax Creative making it available at all major digital service providers. It is currently available to pre-order on iTunes.  

Rapzilla.com reports, "Lust, Drugs & Gospel, Canton Jones delivers another strong project with R&B and Hip Hop naturally woven together."

The mixtape is filled with features from artists such as, Bizzle (Christian rapper who has been in the news after death treats), D-Maub, Milliyon, Mouthpiece, and many more. It also features production by the well-known Mel-Man (Producer for Dr. Dre, Eminem, Gucci Mane).

"Whether I am preaching, singing, or writing-my calling is to reach people who need hope and direction."  Adding, "Lust, Drugs & Gospel, is simply my attempt to offer hope to those who struggle with lust and drugs." says Atlanta based Jones in a recent press release.
