New Canon 5DS Features Rumors: Leaked Photos Reveal Specs of Upcoming Canon DSLR Camera
While it is expected that Canon will soon come out with a DSLR camera - purportedly the Canon 5DS, Digicame-info recently posted a few leaked photographs of a new camera obtained from Canon Watch, which claims that the much awaited snapper will arrive in two variants.
According to a report by Christian Today, it seems that it is high time that Canon, which shelved the Canon 5D MKII and recently released the Canon 5D MK III, should now come out a new variant of the DSLR. In case the rumors turn out to be true and the leaked photos leaked are genuine, Canon is likely to come out with a new offering for the photography aficionados soon.
Although Canon has yet to make an official announcement in this regard, the specs of the purported camera, which were leaked recently, seem to be highly impressive.
If the photographs are to be believed, the purported Canon 5DS will come with a 50.6 MP full-frame CMOS sensor, which will be packed in a magnesium alloy body. In other words, it is expected that the upcoming camera from Cannon will be well-protected from rugged environments, offering a major advantage to professional photographers who use their camera outdoors.
The purported Canon 5DS is also expected to incorporate a DIGIC6 processor and a 61-point AF. It is being claimed that the camera can be used to continuously shoot at 5 frames per second, in addition to offering video recording capability.
