"He always wanted to push the progress Britain was making for women, and that essentially is going to blow up horribly in his face. It is tough," actor Stephen McGann, who plays as Dr. Turner, told the website. "The shock, the appalling sense of responsibility for those people in our care...I think doctors took a sort of collective guilt as a profession."

McGann further explained that the show made them realize that they can get the viewers to be more critical in terms of thinking about the society. He said that television is a form of delivering a message to the people.

"We all felt that the responsibility was incredible. On set it's been really moving. We hope we've done it justice," as he added about the show. Meanwhile, Carter Matt was able to grab the sneak peek for episode 4, in which they claim that there could a heating tension in Nonnatus House on the next one.

According to their article, Sister Julienne desires to stay more at St. Cuthbert's Hospital to help individuals who are still struggling there.  For that, her fellow midwives and sisters expressed their insights at the dinner table in a "diplomatic but unique way."
