In line with Infinity Ward's "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare," new details on the weapons and battling strategies have surfaced.
Infinity Ward producer Brian Horton disclosed information on what fans can expect from the combat and weapons in "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare."
In his interview with Gaming Bolt, Horton said that their energy weapons were completely unique to the franchise; however, there were a mix of weapons that gamers were accustomed to and they were ballistic weapons and energy weapons. According to the game producer, the energy weapons each had their own uses and functions.
Players can also manipulate their weapon's bullets in the upcoming game, as they could not do this feature in the game's predecessors. In the same interview, Horton said that one of the things they were really excited about were some of their advanced sights, which allowed the player to do things like manipulating their pellets with a shotgun.
According to Horton, the pellets would have maximum effect on the energy. For the game producer, they had really wanted to use he advance sights as a way to augment the weapons that were both energy weapons as well as ballistic.
