The said trailer let fans have an idea on what to expect from the upcoming game installment. Also, a Zombies DLC, entitled "Der Eisendrache," comes with the Awakening DLC as a bonus and it is set to pick up from where The Giant left off.
According to Christian Post, "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" Zombies DLC season is set to see the characters - Dempsey, Nikolai, Richtofen, and Takeo - take on a suicide mission to the villain's research facility cradled by an archaic site of an indescribable terror.
The plot also reveals that large amounts of Element 115 have been discovered, suggesting a new angle for the gameplay, in addition to spins to its plot and surprises that come along the way. "Der Eisendrache" serves as the third to feature the Awakening DLC package in the trailer series. In fact, Activision released a trailer for Splash and Skyjacked on Monday and Friday, respectively. Both are multiplayer maps that come with the forthcoming game expansion pack. Teasers of two other maps, Gaunlet and Rise, are yet to be released.
Splash features an aquatic theme park while Skyjacked showcases a futuristic flying ship. Rise takes places in a construction site while Gauntlet presents various biomes.
