'Call of Duty: Black Ops 3' DLC 2: Release Date Set On April 19 for PS4; Launching Next Month For Xbox One and PC

PS4 players will only have to wait a short while for the release date of "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" DLC 2, which is announced tob e on April 19, 2016 or mere two weeks away.

The DLC 2 of "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" called "Eclipse" will have three four new maps. Treyarch has previously announced that there's the DLC map pack will have one remake map, and three new maps as well as the "Zombies Black Ops 3" DLC.

The new Zombies chapter: Zetsubou No Shima arrives on April 19 on PS4 and includes new adventures for the Origins characters on all platforms.

Mark Lamia, studio head of Treyarch, said that the overwhelming response to the "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" is what inspired them to create new things for the DLC 2.

"Eclipse continues to demonstrate our commitment to delivering the most exciting gameplay experiences possible with each DLC pack," he said in a news article from Express. "We are pushing ourselves at every turn to craft new and unique ways to play."

In the same article the "Eclipse" DLC 2 of "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" will revolve around the Origins characters pushing through with their struggle to clip the zombie apocalypse. But gamers will also find themselves stuck in a Pacific island in a World War II era as they battle for survival.

According to Gotta Be Mobile, the release date for the "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" will be on April 19 for PS4 platform. The game will launch on Xbox One and PC next month.
