Since the incident happened last January 31, Bobbi Kristina Brown's case had been under police investigation and from then on, several stories and allegations have sprung up. Now, reportedly, the police are looking into Brown's boyfriend, Nick Gordon who was at the incident with his friend Max Lomas.

It was reported that Gordon called the emergency hotline 911 and reported that Brown "was not breathing" and performed CPR until emergency people arrived and took over until they delivered Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown's daughter, Brown to the Emory University Hospital where she is currently at.

Gordon had lived with Brown and the late Houston since he was 12 years old although Houston never adopted him. On that note, Brown's lawyer recently mentioned the relationship between Brown and Gordon.

"Bobbi Kristina is not and has never been married to Nick Gordon," Brown's lawyer announced to ABC News last week.

Meanwhile, as Brown remains at the hospital, several relatives and even her father and Houston's mother, Cissy Houston reportedly traveled to Atlanta to be with Brown.
