Bobbi Kristina Brown News: Domestic Abuse Allegations and a $40 Million Lawsuit

Things are getting even more intense for Bobbi Kristina Brown, daughter of two musical icons, Bobby Brown and the late Whitney Houston. As many people have known, Bobbi Kristina's condition is not really improving as she is still in a rehabilitation institute trying to recover from the previous reported incident.

Now, the legal team of Bobbi Kristina has recently announced in a statement that they are pressing charges against Gordon for allegedly stealing money from Bobbi Kristina and for domestic abuse. "I filed htis lawsuit to pursue justice on behalf of Bobbi Kristina Brown," Bedelia C. Hargrove, who calls herself "conservator and next friend for Bobbi Kristina Brown," in court documents said in a statement Wednesday.

"No human being, male or female, should endure what Bobbi Kristina endured. Pat Houston and Bobby Brown have done all they can do to take care of Bobbi Kristina since this terrible tragedy occurred. I have worked closely with both of them and we all want the very best for Bobbi Kristina. This lawsuit represents our collective efforts to get justice for Bobbi Kristina," she added.

The lawsuit contains a $40 million demand against Gordon for punitive damages after Hargrove claims in the lawsuit filed that alleges that Gordon committed domestic abuse and made unauthorized money transfers from Bobbi Kristina's bank account into his own back when they were living together.

According to the lawsuit, Hargrove claims that Gordon was quite controlling over Bobbi Kristina since it was "part of a scheme to benefit from her wealth" and then would "routinely [transfer] a large portion of Brown's funds into an account controlled solely by him, without the consent or authorization of Brown."

Not only that, Bobbi Kristina's lawyer also claims that on April 14, Gordon domestically abused his girlfriend "including punching her in the face, knocking out a front tooth and dragging her upstairs by her hair."

There are still no comments from Gordon's representatives.
