‘Bloodstained: Ritual Of The Night’ News: Game Reaches Kickster Goal, Title to Launch on Wii U [VIDEO]

As promised, the forthcoming 'Castlevania' video game titled 'Bloodstained: Ritual Of The Night' will soon be coming out on the Nintendo Wii U.

'Bloodstained: Ritual Of The Night' by original 'Vania' director Koji Igarashi, recently achieved another Kickstarter funding goal, but currently has two additional stretch goals and, provided it accomplishes them, the game will have online multiplayer facility and will also be released for Sony's PlayStation Vita - the sole handheld platform listed for the game.

According to IB Times, fans recently came across the announcement on the official Kickstarter page of the game. Before the availability of the game on Nintendo Wii U, 'Bloodstained: Ritual Of The Night' was already confirmed for the PC, Sony PlayStation 4 and Microsoft Xbox One, on account of the sponsors who helped the developers achieve their initial goal.

It is expected that Armature Studio will handle the PS Vita port as well as the confirmed Wii U port of the game; whole Inti Creates is developing the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC versions. In fact, Armature already has lots of history in porting titles to other systems. Armature Studio is responsible for including 'Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel' to the 'Borderlands Handsome Collection.'

Since it is now developing the Wii U version of 'Bloodstained: Ritual Of The Night,' Armature Studio has promised Wii U gamers that several options that will be available in the game, including the ability to play on the Wii U pad, Pro Controller support, a map displayed on the GamePad in addition to some in-game minis.

Similar to the other versions of the game, 'Bloodstained' will be getting physical as well as digital copies for the Nintendo Wii U. According to Polygon, those who sponsored the game through Kickstarter will be able to choose which version of the game they prefer via a post-Kickstarter survey.

As it is a spiritual successor to the 'Castlevania' games, 'Bloodstained' will certainly play like its Konami predecessor - a 2D action role-playing game packed with secrets to discover and subdue enemies.
