'Bloodline' Season 3 Release, Cast News: Series Going To Return With 10 Episodes In 2018?

"Bloodline" is set to return for its third season next year, and it's quite good news for those who are itching to know if big brother John will actually leave the Keys or if he was just putting on a good show in the previous season.

The renewal of the series was confirmed by Netflix and will return with 10 episodes next year.

Created and produced by Todd A. Kessler, Daniel Zelman and Glenn Kessler, the series will bring back Kyle Chandler, Sissy Spacek, Linda Cardellini, Norbert Leo Butz and Ben Mendelsohn as its cast members. Fans have yet to know if shooting of the series will still be in Florida Keys, as in seasons 1 and 2.

In a statement, VP of Original Content at Netflix Cindy Holland revealed that the next installment will show what the future holds for the Rayburn clan.

"Todd, Daniel and Glenn have created a riveting family saga featuring one of the most talented ensembles in the history of television. We can't wait to see what the next chapter holds for the all-too-human Rayburns," said Holland.

"Bloodline" season 1 received generally positive reviews from critics, but season 2 garnered mixed reviews from critics and viewers alike. Both seasons are currently streaming on Netflix in 4K.

Produced by Sony Pictures Television for Netflix, "Bloodline" is a dramatic thriller that tells the story of a family of adult siblings whose deepest and darkest, long-buried secrets were bared when the black sheep of the family returned to their home in Florida Keys.
