'Bloodline' Season 2 Premiere Spoilers: Rayburn Family Dealing With The Aftermath of Danny's Death?
"Bloodline" season 2 will bring some pickle for Kevin and his siblings.
Thinking it was the best decision to make, Kevin Rayburn and his siblings decided to kill their brother Daniel in the season 1 finale. How the Rayburn family deals with the aftermath of this murder is what season 2 will be all about.
The second season predominantly focuses on how the Rayburn brothers will get on with their lives following Daniel's death. There are reports, however, that Daniel's influence on his family will stay for a few more episodes and that his character will return to the show at some point in the future.
According to reports, the killing of Daniel will bring the Rayburn brothers in a dark place in season 2. John will have several hallucinatory encounters with his late brother, primarily because he was the one responsible for his death.
In a recent interview, actor Kyle Chandler a.k.a. John Rayburn expressed how excited he was about these encounters and somewhat confirmed the return of Daniel in the show.
"I cannot express how much fun I had working with Ben throughout the first season. We really had a great time. He brought so much life and enjoyment to the set. So it's wonderful that he's back and is still a part of everything," he said.
Aside from Danny's death, season 2 is also expected to deal with the mysterious past of the black sheep of the family, as well as the new furtive characters who are coming to the Florida Keys with their own dangerous agenda.
"Bloodline" season 2 premiered on Netflix on May 27.
