Blackberry Z3 Specs, Price and Features: 5-Inch Display, Also With 8GB Expandable Storage

Blackberry's new Z3 seems to have resolved all the issues commonly associated with Blackberry's assorted smartphone models.

Launched this April, The Blackberry Z3, is a capacitive touch screen operated smartphone. The screen dimensions are 140.00 x 72.80 x 9.26 millimeters and the device weighs 164 grams. The battery powering the device is non removable, and has a capacity of 2500 mAh. The screen size is 5 inches with a Resolution of 540x960 pixels. The Pixels per inch (PPI) ratio stands at 220.

The display supports 16 M colors and is powered by a 1.2GHz dual core Qualcomm MSM8230 Processor with a RAM of 1.5 GB. The Internal storage is 8 GB with Expandable storage up to 32 GB via microSD card.

The Rear camera is 5 megapixels with Flash. The Front camera is 1.1 megapixels. The Z3 runs on BlackBerry OS 10 with no java support. The device is packed with WiFi, Bluetooth, NFC, HDMI, 3.5 mm Headphone jack, FM service, charging via Micro-USB, Micro SIM and supports 3 G.

The device is available in black. The Blackberry 10 Browser is a popular feature, as it's said to be extremely fast. The Blackberry Z3 is now in the running with leading smart devices because it can now support most Android apps available on the market. The keyboard is as signature as always, but Blackberry seems to have compromised on the camera and processor. The phone is available in the US for $245.
