Bill Cosby Rape Scandal Latest News: Comedian Breaks Silence with Video Message - Will Continue to Perform

For the first time since getting accused of sexual assault, popular comedian of yesteryears, Bill Cosby, sent out a video message to all his fans assuring that he is still performing despite the scandal.

In the 10-second video, which was aired on ABC's show "Good Morning America', Cosby is seen talking on the phone as he talks someone into coming to one of his shows. Following the video, Cosby also released a short audio message, in which he says, "Dear fans, I hope you enjoy my wonderful video message that's filled with laughter... Hey, hey, hey, I'm far from finished."

Reportedly, around two dozen women have accused him of sexual assault that allegedly happened within the last five decades.

Tamara Green, a 56-year-old California lawyer, speaking to The Daily Mail said that Cosby drugged and sexually assaulted her in her Los Angeles-area apartment in the early 1970s. Another woman, Therese Serignese said that Cosby drugged and raped her in a dressing room after a show in Las Vegas around 1976.

Although, more than 20 women have gone on record and confessed about getting assaulted by Cosby, he has not been charged with any crime so far.

Janice Dickinson, who claims to have been assaulted by Cosby, speaking to Entertainment Tonight described visiting Cosby at his request in Lake Tahoe. Cosby offered her wine and a pill for her stomach pains.

Describing her assault, she said, "The next morning I woke up, and I wasn't wearing my pajamas, and I remember before I passed out that I had been sexually assaulted by this man," asserted Janice, "Before I woke up in the morning, the last thing I remember was Bill Cosby in a patchwork robe, dropping his robe and getting on top of me. And I remember a lot of pain."

Prior to this video statement, the 77-year-old has given written statements, defending himself against the accusations of women who say that he drugged them and assaulted them, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
