Beyonce Latest Album Update: Beyonce & Naughty Boy Release 'Runnin (Lose It All)'

Beyonce fans can finally bask in a new song from the superstar hitmaker, but it won't be from her own album. The 30-year-old sensation collaborated with Naughty Boy on the first single of his soon-to-be-released second album, and the results are stunning.

After teasing fans on Sept. 16 with a very short snippet of the new single Runnin (Lose It All) Beyonce and Naughty Boy released the ballad in its entirety the following day.

Beyonce tweeted on Sept. 17: "Proud to introduce my new track Runnin (Lose It All) ft. [Beyonce &Benjamin]."

On the single, Beyonce sings with Arrow Benjamin, a little-known vocalist who describes himself on social media as, "An Artist With Depth & Purpose", embarking on "an Audio Revolution!!"

The video shared by the British producer falls into neither lyric video nor music video.

Beyonce, Naughty Boy, and Arrow are nowhere to be seen in the clip, it just shows a couple running towards each other through a beautiful underwater setting.

Naughty Boy, who is most known for the single La LaLa featuring Sam Smith which peaked at No. 1 on UK's singles chart in 2013, has caught the eye of Jay Z, who is reportedly considering signing him onto his label based on the strength of this single.

According to Daily Mail, Beyonce's husband became excited about the producer after speaking with him about the new single. Jay Z has a penchant for British talent, according to a source,

"Jay is always keen on supporting British talent and has signed the likes of Rita [Ora] and Alexa Goddard. He knows that if he manages to get Naughty Boy he will have a huge star on his hands."

Runnin (Lose It All), with its British dance music roots, is a departure of style for Beyonce, who has been musically quiet recently.

She has not released anything since the surprising self-titled "video album" 2 years ago aside from one remix and one guest verse for Nikki Minaj, as well as a little fun something called 7/11.

Only a snippet of a duet with Drake called Can I hints at future releases from the pop star.
