Spoilers for "Better Call Saul" season 3 are sparse, and it's understandable considering the events in the second season which ramped up the intensity and complexity a few notches.

Fans may remember that in the second season, Jimmy's brother Chuck outmaneuvered him on the Mesa Verde account. But using all his wiles, Jimmy managed to reclaim the account from Howard in favor of Kim.

While Jimmy is not above bending the rules, the things he did to recover the Mesa Verde client was, to fans minds, a real glimpse of how he becomes Saul Goodman. That doesn't sit well with Chuck at all, who might have revenge in mind when we head to season 3 and an ace up his sleeve: their recorded conversation where Jimmy confessed to a felony.

Peter Gould refused to share "Better Call Saul" season 3 spoilers to Entertainment Weekly when prompted if next year would be the time when Saul Goodman makes an appearance.

"This is something we hash out every day in the writers' room," he said. "And we're going to find out."

Apart from the transformation, fans are hoping for more crossovers with "Breaking Bad" characters on the season 3 of the series.

While there were certainly no spoilers, AMC released behind-the-scenes photos for "Better Call Saul" season 3 early last month. And one of the photos shows the director and producers filming in the cafeteria.
