'Better Call Saul' Cast News, Spoilers: 'Breaking Bad' Star Aaron Paul Talks Possible Cameo Role as Jesse

AMC's 'Breaking Bad' spin-off 'Better Call Saul' may see a very familiar face fairly soon, or in the next couple seasons or so. Aaron Paul, star of 'Breaking Bad', has publicly went on the record about being interested in making a cameo in Bob Odenkirk's new show.

In a recent interview with Variety, Paul speaks about being very interested in the show and where its going, and when he's asked if he'd like to make an appearance as his character Jesse he states:

"We always have fun having that discussion, Vince [Gilligan], myself, Peter [Gould], the writers, we just have no idea how that would happen. But hopefully one day."

'Better Call Saul' is essentially a prequel so it isn't something that would affect or disrupt the timeline of the previous series.

This is also a lot better answer than the one we were receiving when the show was first announced stating that Aaron Paul and Bryan Cranston would not be appearing in the show at all.

The show has already featured a couple of the characters that premiered in 'Breaking Bad'.

"'Better Call Saul' has already featured a number of 'Breaking Bad' returns, including its star Bob Odenkirk, Jonathan Banks and (spoiler alert) Raymond Cruz as drug dealer Tuco," writes Huffington Post.

Paul closes with saying, "There's no plan of Jesse or Walt making an appearance in the first season of 'Better Call Saul.' [But] who knows? Maybe in the future seasons."
