'Beauty and the Beast' Season 4 Premiere, Spoilers: Cat and Vincent Crumbling In The End? Series Premieres On June 2

The CW Network has announced before that the fourth season of "Beauty and the Beast" will be the last one for the show.

Variety reported that the show has failed numerous times in terms of ratings; averaging 0.6 rating in 18-49. Also, it only got 1.6 million total viewers in "live plus same-day" estimates when it premiered in 2012. Season 3 only got 900,000 same-day viewers and a low 0.23 rating.

In his executive session at the CW's Television Critics Association press tour last summer, CW president Mark Pedowitz said that he still liked the series despite its very low numbers.

"One of our stated goals for the network was to have year-round programming. We're doing more and more of this, and having 'Beauty and the Beast' gives us some scripted programming for summer. We are developing other things at this point for next summer. So I plan to keep it there."

According to Christian Today, the relationship of Cat and Vincent will come to an end in the upcoming season. There were photos revealed showing that Cat and Vincent are fighting. Will that be just a phase in their relationship or will they come crumbling in the end? It was also reported that season 4 won't be smooth for the couple.

"Beauty and the Beast" will be back with 13 new episodes just like the third season. It's 9 episodes shorter compared to season 1 and season 2.

The 4th Season of "Beauty and The Beast" will premiere on June 2 only on the CW Network.
