'Battlefield 1' News & Update: Game’s Open Beta Adds A Code For A Special Incentive
New details on the start of EA Games' "Battlefield 1" beta have surfaced.
According to Game Spot, players who signed up for the game on Aug. 21 and selected their gaming platform of choice are entitled for a beta code, which they will receive in the e-mails. As per the publication, the code comes with a message that indicates an incentive to players.
It is added that reaching rank 15 while playing on at least four different days lets players to unlock a "Battlefield 1" beta dog tag, which shall be delivered to the player's account when the game arrives.
As per Euro Gamer, "Battlefield 1's" open beta features multiplayer modes like the 64-player conquest and 24-player domination; multiplayer maps like the St. Quentin Scar, land vehicles like the A7V heavy tank, Mark V Landship, FT-17 Light Tank, and Armored Car.
The open beta will also showcase aircrafts, such as the two-seater fighter, three-seater bomber, single-seater scout plane, and airship behemoth, along with the artillery. However, the later feature does not seem to be actually present in the alpha, as per the publication.
"Battlefield 1" is set to be released for the Xbox One, Microsoft Windows, and PlayStation 4 on Oct. 21.
