'Batman V Superman' Rumors: Jesse Eisenberg Talks Upcoming Superhero Movie

San Diego Comic Con 2015 will be taking place next month, and when the time comes, Warner Bros. is going to have to go all in.

Last year, director Zack Snyder gave fans their first look at Wonder Woman in Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice; however, with Avengers: Age of Ultron being such a big box office hit, the studio will have to do a little more to get fans excited for the 2016 superhero showdown film.

Jessie Eisenberg, who will be playing Lex Luthor in the film, confirmed in an interview with Collider magazine, that he will be present at Comic Con, and probably will be on stage for a full hour.

Fans can expect that he and Snyder will talk at length about the new film, with the addition of new footage hopefully.

In the same interview, Eisenberg praised the film's script, which was written by Oscar winning writer, Chris Terrio, who did a reworking of David S. Goyer's original screenplay for Man of Steel.

"I like what this writer does, this guy Chris Terrio," said Eisenberg. "He wrote this movie we did and I think he's so great. He's such a good writer. I like what he does with characters, I like what he does with wordplay and cleverness. I like anything he writes."

Terrio certainly had a big job to do after the mixed reception of Man of Steel.

This film recounts the events of the aftermath of Superman's battle in Metropolis, and it also introduces a handful of new characters, like Luthor, Batman and Wonder Woman.
