In a fortunate turn of circumstances for the anticipating fans, the 'Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice' trailer was leaked online.

In response to the issue, DC had no choice but to release the full trailer for the Internet, now voiding their IMAX showing plans for Monday.

"The leaked version appeared to be shot on a phone camera and featured Portuguese subtitles. The official debut of the trailer was planned as an Imax special event set for Monday, April 20, at select Imax locations, and Snyder tweeted that those screenings would go ahead as planned, featuring 'a few extra shots plus a little swag'," writes Variety.

The trailer didn't get too specific with details as first trailers usually don't, but it did provide us with our first look at Ben Affleck as Bruce Wayne in his batsuit, and also in his armored battle suit.

His casting for the role was one of the most controversial, and although he didn't get a lot of screen time in the trailer, what was shown should appease speculators.
