'Batman v Superman' Movie Cast Rumors, Update: Wonder Woman’s Home Finally Revealed in Film Set Photos

Fans finally got an opportunity to see the home of Wonder Woman in the upcoming 'Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice' film, which is scheduled for a March 2016 release.

Thanks to the efforts of some resourceful enthusiasts who succeeded in getting photographs of the film's set, fans saw Wonder Woman's home in the midst of a desert in New Mexico.

A report by Batman-News states that the cast and crew of 'Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice' have been filming in New Mexico for the last few weeks, but very few people were aware of the location of the set, because it's in a remote area.

Earlier, the film was shot on the streets of Chicago, and photographs of the set in the desert were captured only after a KRQE News 13 chopper flew over the region.

According to earlier reports, the crew members of 'Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice' were scheduled to fly to Morocco to shoot some scenes in the fictional land called "Themyscira" - the original home of Wonder Woman and the Amazons. However, the recent cases of Ebola in Africa compelled them to search for an alternative location.

Meanwhile, Christian Bale, a former Batman actor, confessed that he is envious of the new Caped Crusader (Ben Affleck). According to Bale, who played Batman in 'Dark Knight' trilogy, he initially found it difficult to accept that some other actor will be portraying the character of Bruce Wayne in an upcoming film.

In an interview with Empire Magazine, the Academy Award-winning actor said, "I've got to admit initially, even though I felt that it was the right time to stop, there was always a bit of me going, 'Oh, go on ... Let's do another'."
He went on to add, "So when I heard there was someone else doing it, there was a moment where I just stopped and stared into nothing for half an hour."
Apart from Affleck and Gadot, a host of top stars will be featuring in 'Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice'. They include Henry Cavill (Superman), Jesse Eisenberg (Lex Luthor), Amy Adams (Lois Lane), Jeremy Irons (Alfred Pennyworth), and Ray Fisher (Cyborg).
