"Batman: The Telltale Series" episode 5 is going to be the season finale of the critically acclaimed game, and the release date has been set for next week.

Those who are late to the party can still catch up as Telltale Games is now offering the game on Steam.

"Enter the fractured psyche of Bruce Wayne and discover the powerful and far-reaching consequences of your choices as the Dark Knight," the game's description said.

On Dec. 3, the studio released a performance patch for PC after receiving various complaints from players. The patch include performance settings to allow players to customize the "Batman: The Telltale Series" according to their system requirements.

So when users install the game, it will automatically recommend the highest possible settings for their PCs to maximize gameplay.

 "Batman: The Telltale Series" episode 5 is titled "City of Lights," and the synopsis reads:

In Episode 5, the leader of the Children of Arkham prepares to execute the final act of a plan to destroy the Wayne family name, and the people closest to you are in their path of vengeance. Can Batman's ultimate secret be kept - his very identity - when it is causing chaos and death in Gotham? The fate of the Wayne family and of the city itself rests on your choices. What will you do? How far will you go? Which mask will you wear?

"Batman: The Telltale Series" episode 5 will arrive on Dec. 13. It will be available in PC, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, Android and iOS.
