'Batman: Return To Arkham' Release Date News: Warner Bros. Title Set To Be Released In Q4 2016?

New details on the release date of Rocksteady Studios and Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment's "Batman: Return to Arkham" have surfaced. According to reports, the title is set to be released in the final quarter of 2016.

"Batman: Return to Arkham" is set to be released in November, Eurogamer has learned. As per the publication, the game was supposed to be released by the end of July; however, the studio followed up with an announcement, saying that it had to be postponed. Game developer Virtuos Games reportedly faced frame rate issues, which resulted to the release delay.

In a statement on Warner Bros' community webpage, the studio explained that after reviewing the progress of the game project, the team at Warner Bros. Games had decided to delay the release of "Batman: return to Arkham" to provide additional time to Virtuos Games' team and give a polished "Batman Arkham" game experience.

As per Ecumenical News, it is assumed that Warner Bros. has delayed the forthcoming game's release, as a precautionary move, since its previous title "Batman: Arkham Knight" reportedly failed to meet its expectations for the Microsoft Windows gameplay.

Along with a rumored June release date, it was previously revealed that the game was set to be released in September, as per Base. According to the publication, the title, which is playable on the Xbox One, was set to be released on Sept. 2 and it costs 28.69 GBP. The price already covers free postage in the United Kingdom.

For the time being, "Batman: Return to Arkham" is set to be released in November.
